Is SynthAI life coaching or a fully autonomous AI product?
No. SynthAI is a workflow studio teaching how to combine generative AI tools with human review. We do not sell unsupervised agents, AGI products or personal life transformation. The `.one` TLD is branding only — our work is professional AI literacy and pipeline design for the Canada market, not wellness coaching or consciousness claims.
What is your human-in-the-loop policy?
Every pipeline node in SynthAI programmes ends at a human review gate before outputs qualify for professional use. We teach blend checkpoints, rejection criteria and escalation paths when generative AI produces unreliable content. Multi-tool pipelines never run unattended in our curriculum — participants design explicit approval steps.
What do you NOT offer?
No medical AI, AGI autopilot products, life coaching, guaranteed jobs, salary promises, crypto trading bots, fake vendor certifications or unlicensed software resale. SynthAI is an educational AI lab — not a get-rich-quick platform or coding bootcamp stripped of AI literacy framing.
Online, in-person or hybrid?
All three. Core lab sessions run at 400 Granville Street with hybrid video for remote synthesis cohort members across Canada. Self-paced modules are fully online with monthly office hours.
Cohort size?
Live cohorts cap at fourteen. Weekend intensives max ten. Corporate team enablement sprints scale with additional facilitators — typically twelve to twenty-four participants per session.
Corporate pricing?
Custom quotes in CAD based on duration, customization and headcount. Typical range C$5,000–C$13,500. Contact [email protected] with team size and pipeline goals.
Refund policy?
Cohort fees refundable minus C$85 admin if cancelled 14+ days before start. Within 14 days, one transfer to a future cohort permitted. Self-paced bundles refundable within 7 days if unaccessed. Corporate terms per signed agreement.
PIPEDA and personal data?
SynthAI Ltd. collects minimal data for enrolment and communication. Request access or deletion via [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy and Office of the Privacy Commissioner escalation path.
Which AI tools in class?
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude — using your accounts unless employers provide enterprise access. We teach multi-tool AI practice and AI tool governance; we do not resell licences or claim official partnerships unless stated in writing.
How is SynthAI different from a coding bootcamp?
We teach AI literacy and workflow design first — not software engineering as the primary outcome. Programming may appear in automation basics modules, but always framed within responsible generative AI use, human review gates and team enablement for non-developer professionals. If you need pure coding credentials, a bootcamp may fit better; if you need pipeline thinking for ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude, SynthAI is built for that.
